To know you was to love you. Every person whose life you touched was changed forever. Your spirit, your energy, your ability to find humor in every situation and make everyone laugh was your gift. I knew but did not fully realize until the second that you were gone how much I thought of you in every instance and circumstance. You made my world a loving and fun place to be. I’ll miss you.

That sparkling wit, that eternal class, that love for all. You will be truly missed by so many. A true Southern gentleman in all ways.

Mr. Edwards was a great neighbor. He had great energy, worked hard, and raised 2 great kids. I know he will be missed but he will never be forgotten. Praying for all of his family.

It has been over 50 years since I last saw David, but the memory of how kind he was to me as a younger kid has remained with me to this day. He was always fun and a delight to be around. It was exciting to find him on Facebook a year or so ago. His courage and fighting cancer is an inspiration. My continued thoughts and prayers go out to all his family.

I am so sorry to hear this news. I met David through his estate sales. He was quite a character and he always made my day brighter when I saw him. He seemed to move through the world with passion for the things he loved. The world is a little dimmer with him gone.  My heart goes out to his family and friends.
