Chuck was not only one of the most successful and innovative patent attorneys I ever met, but also one of the most generous, engaging and kindest people I have ever had the privilege to meet. I worked with Chuck for over 30 years after meeting him on one of my early visits to the USA in about 1980. He and Donna befriended me and my wife and I was so sad to read today, that he had died.
