This memorial website was created in the memory of our loved one, Carol Elizabeth Downs, 62, born on November 11th, 1952 and passed away on October 10th, 2015. We will remember her forever.
I am so deeply touched by the passing of Carol. She and I were neighbors for many years and shared the same birthday. She was a bright, funny, and kind woman. I will always think of her fondly. My deepest and warmest hugs to her family.
