Barbara, You did more to promote development, & financial interests & elude environmental  impacts by changing county laws than anyone in the past 35 years.

I came to live in Salinas, CA the year before Barbara was elected to the Board of Supervisors.  I was always impressed by her.  In 1984 her office was able to help me out with getting financial child support,  I always felt indebted to her for helping me.  I remember her working hard on Natividad Hospital too.
