Tony and I started W&M together on the same hall.  We pledged the same fraternity and became good friends for all four years.
I knew Tony was in the AG's office, but didn't see him for many years. I remember him--and Diane--fondly.  He was a very honest, trustworthy, and honorable man.  The world is worse off for his passing.

Tony was the General Counsel at the SCC when I came to work here in 1993. I remember the day he told us he was leaving, I went to the ladies room and wept. He was a great man with a huge heart. He wanted to try his best to make things better for those less fortunate than himself. He will be sorely missed. I will continue to keep his family in my thoughts and prayers. God Bless
