Al Lomeli, devout, intelligent, humorous, patient, understanding, brave… A soldier that has been through what would have broken many men. A father that raised the most wonderful people I have ever met. An elected official that was universally loved.  I mourn the loss of this man that inspired me, and his shining soul. With loving fondness, I say goodbye and I hope to see you again one day.

Patsy and the Lomeli family...I was saddened to hear of Al's passing. We first met in 1974 when I was auditing the redemption function and Al was the Asst. T/C. Later we played softball together on the "Finance" team...he played a decent 2nd base! Then, many trips to NYC together. GREAT MEMORIES! I always respected Al, he was a straight shooter, fun to be with....may he rest in peace.
