I had the privilege for Larry being my mentor. You could ask Larry any question regarding title and he would tell stories of people and property going back 40+ years.. Larry and I would often chat about his improvements to his lake property. He would give me ideas for an off grid cabin I am building. I will miss Larry's wicked, sarcastic sense of humor!! My prayers to his family.
