I worked with Joe at Base Supply on Kulis.  He was one of the supervisors and I first worked as the Secretary to the Chief of Supply, then as the Computer Operations person.  Joe was a good supervisor because no one wanted to leave his branch for other positions, he always stuck up for his workers, and was kind and positive all the time.  Just see that smile below.  He will be missed.
