Mr. Sheehan was my teacher at Frick Junior High in the late 60's. He was always one of my favorites. His ability to make larning fun was so natural for him. Several years later, he was my daughter's teacher at Bret Harte and what a thrill to know my daughter was in good hands. We will forever remember the African Mask and Castle projects. He will be missed by so many.
A true “teacher”. Jack was a friend, mentor and a true educator. I had the honor of teaching with him for many years at Frick Junior High School. I can still see him in his classroom 201 at Frick.
He was truly admired and loved by his students and fellow educators.
He’s somewhere in the universe still teaching ??
