Best manager during my 18+ years at DEC!  He managed and did not require any managing on my part.  I saw that same style in his family home - before I went there, he explained that I was a guest; however, when he first encountered each of his children, he interacted with them.  Most impressive was when the teenage boy and two friends came in and he interacted with all three of them.
