Joanne and I send our deepest condolences to Virginia and the Larkin Family.  Frank was a proud resident of Hopedale, a distinguished jurist, and an exemplary Democratic leader.  I was honored to call him my friend, and grateful for his unwavering support during my own public service career.  Few had his gift of oratory and keen grasp of the law  May he rest in peace.

Dottie and Mike Milanoski were next door neighbors for 30 years.   He was a truely remarketable man .  Always could be counted on for help when needed.  Very professional in every way.  WE will miss him very much.
