To Judy and family, Jill and I were saddened to learn of Don's passing and we send our condolences to the family.  Don was a mentor and more importantly a friend for all of my time at Goodwin.  He was a great lawyer and more importantly a terrific person to learn  
from, always dedicated to his clients who he always treated as friends.  We will miss him greatly.
