David was the most considerate and kindest brother in law. He and Randi  supported me when Sis died and have been a great source of inspiration to Jann and  myself. He was a wonderful and considerate  uncle to my sons Douglas and Jeffrey. His loss is irreplaceable but we will cherish the wonderful memories of his companionship. We wish Randi,  Debbie, Jodii, and Amy the best.

David was somewhat like an older brother tor me. I shared his bedroom for a few months when we moved from Cleveland to Brookline, and he told me about his experiences at college (Tufts). My mother looked up to David and liked that she was living in an apartment in one of his (or Uncle Irving’s) buildings.
My love to Randi and the girls.

David and Randi warmly welcomed me into the family many years ago. They were role models to us as we, too, raised three wonderful daughters. Virtual hugs to Randi, Debbie, Jodi, Amy, and their families.

Having worked closely with him for the past 36 years; he was not only a friend; but a mentor and in many ways a father to me.   Perhaps one of the most tenacious individuals I have ever come across;  a true survivor;  with a warm and generous heart; with many admirable traits.   I will certainly miss him.   Randi;  my heart goes out to you; Debbie, Jodie and Amy;  and the entire family.

David was a true visionary in the real estate business.  I had the pleasure of knowing David for more than 40 years. I will always remember our many conversations as my locker was across from his at a local country club.  He was a kind, gentle, and very charitable man throughout his life.  He will surely be missed and a huge loss to the community.

But I thought David was immortal! I filed something a little longer under "Stories."

Knowing David during my time at the MGH was an extraordinary privilege.  His philanthropy, kindness and keen sense of mission for charitable organizations was remarkable.  David, thank you for the life long lessons.  Jim
