Many fond memories of Charlie; especially Thurs. night softball, golf with the Callahans,Rossi,Buckley and  others. Many stories but Charlie's engaging personality and lust for life is what will remain with me.  Tom Foley

Charlie was talented, engaging, passionate, humorous and intelligent. A true friend who I knew always had my back. I will miss him, but memories of growing up in Medford playing sports with Charlie; partying withe him; and playing "the ponies" from Suffolk Downs to "The Spa" at Saratoga Springs will stay with me....Couldn't ask for a better friend.......

I met Charlie at the Roberts Junior High School in 1955.Had it not been for football we might not have become the life long friends that we were. Charlie was smart, funny and never boring. What a combination!! I will miss you deeply and our many phone calls over the years. Safe journey my friend until we all meet again.
