I was so saddened to hear about Brian passing.

I’m very sorry to hear about Coach Barnes passing. He was very trusting of me as a teenager in the Kingston hockey program and instilled a confidence in me that helped build a strong foundation for my future. His laugh was contagious and he will be missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.

Thank you Coach Barnes for starting the Kingston Hockey Club and providing the opportunity for so many in the Kingston area to play the great sport of hockey. The game of hockey has been a big part of my life from the day I made the JV squad to the day I graduated college. You were a big part of that I will forever be grateful.
