Arthur  was  one  of  my  dearest  and  longest  term  friends.  Many  years  ago, he  and I and   our  old  friend  Bob  Masters  from  the  Philadelphia  area vacationed regularly with  our  wives, on  Bermuda,,    We  immediately  became  long-term friends.. .. Arthur, being  the  oldest of  we  three was  always  called   "YOUR HIGHNESS"..  and  we  were  the "JOLLY BOYS"  . miss him
