Tia Carmen and Jacqueline I am sad about the news I heard today. My heart goes out to all of the family and friends. I know he is in heaven with family. I will always remember when Richard and Jacqueline surprised me in Colorado. Memories are the best and know you are in my prayers Amen Love Anita Paz Toal

As we grieve the loss of our precious Richard, we must honor him with the legacy he’s left behind as a Loving son, brother & husband. Though time kept us apart as adults I forever hold close to my heart our memories shared growing up together. Your smile, your laugh, your genuine kindness & love of family & God. RIP Richard, You are now 1 of God’s Angels forever remembered, forever loved!

I remember Richard and Jackie from Emanuel Fellowship in Monterey and as guests at my wedding. Always kind, loving and helpful.

I'll always remember Richard as a kind, caring person who always had a smile and good words to everyone. I first met him, in Junior High, and he never changed. I spoke to him about six months ago, after quite a few years, and the same qualities were still there. When it came time to race, though, RB was as tough as they come. Rest in peace, RB.

Richard has left a wonderful legacy behind, he lived as he taught, his life was his message to the world.  Unfortunately there are things we don’t want to happen but have to accept, things we don’t want to know but have to learn and people we find it hard to live without but have to let go...  Both in life and death we belong to God -Romans 14:8
