Hello family I had the pleasure of becoming acquainted with Bill back in 2005 during his time in South Florida. I had nothing but much love and admiration for a Black man who possessed such accolades such as standards for living and his profession. He will truly be missed and I am saddened I could not attend his Memorial in person
