Bill Lange was my first love back in Lafayette, IN.  He was a great basketball player.  I was a cheerleader..  Bill graduated a year ahead of me and went to Kansas State to play basketball and later switched to Wyoming. I was very sad when he left. He gave me a beautiful silver bracelet. My granddaughter wore it last week as she wed her special love. All these years I hoped to see him.    

My granddaughter, Alexis began searching for Bill and did not find the right one.  Today on the 2nd anniversary of his death I began another search and found him.  I was sad once again to learn that he had passed away just two years ago. I know he was a good man and I'm sure great husband, father, grandfather.  I just wanted to say that I knew him and loved him long ago.

I  am remembering my friend Bill Lange on his 87th birthday.  He was a great friend and a very nice man!  I will always remember him and I hope to see him again someday in heaven!
