I first met Mr. Smiley as a young man at Fellowship Baptist Church, then in business at my Nationwide Insurance Agency. I was always impressed with his love of the Lord, and his family. A very honest, successful, professional and hard working man. My deepest sympathy to his family, I know he will be missed.
