I am very sad to hear about Vince. I very much enjoyed his company and his humour when I worked with him in London and when I later reported to him in Houston.

An absolutely amazing man, I still recall his funeral as if it were yesterday and the lessons he taught us in Cub Scouts, an absolutely amazing man.
