Dear Barbara, I am so sorry for your profound loss.  I enjoyed many wonderful deep and enlightening breakfasts at the Four Seasons in Boston that I will remember fondly.  He was a good friend who I will miss greatly.  His involvement in the National Investor Relations Institute was profound.  I hope you and I can be in touch.  I am deeply saddened by Vern's death.
