I just heard about Val and so sorry to hear of her passing. I remember her as a letter girl on our team. She was excellent, level headed beyond her age, and a positive person. She took me for a ride in her Carmen Ghia and we had so much fun. I went to her 18th birthday party where she received a new car. Perhaps an orange Datsun? I will treasure the memories amd pray for family.
