Growing up I was always in awe of Phil. He character, patriotism and consideration of others set the bar high for the rest of us cousins. Phil's smile would light up the room and he always asked about other family members especially my Mom, Lucy Perry. Rest in peace Phil, heaven has gained a great soldier.
