Sandy had a natural talent, a unique "gift" for teaching and touching kids' lives.
As a first-year teacher, my classroom was directly across the hall from "Mrs. Johnson." Not only was she a wonderful, gregarious teacher, but she was always there to offer guidance. I was fortunate to know somebody of her caliber.
