We are so sad to hear of Bob passing away .. he was one of our passengers on the Charter for so many years . Although I did not know you all beyond that he was always so kind and always had a smile and a hello . Our sincere condolences to your family .

So sad and shocked to hear about Bob.  Even tho I never met Bob in person we spoke on the phone and emailed each other professionally for many, many, years.  Bob always told me what a great job I did for him.
He was truly a "go getter" and you knew where you stood with him up front.  He will be missed by many people.  My deepest sympathy.  Nancy Graham  & NC Machinery .
