Coach Fendley meant the world to me. As a sophomore and junior at Warner Robins in 1984 and 85, He taught me how to run and compete. "Be Human" he told all of us. He was incredibly knowledgeable and respected for all he gave to us as athletes, students and humans. I stayed in touch with coach Fendley through my college years, running my freshman and sophomore years at Northeast Louisiana.
