Memorial Tributes
Richard Clayton was the 11th Weather Squadron Commander, in 1991. I worked for him. In the base gym, I was playing basketball for our squadron team. I saw him talking to my wife. They didn't know each other. I got out of the game, and went over to them, to introduce them. I IMMEDIATELY discovered the hard sexual harassment from him, TO MY WIFE. This clown will rot in hell.
