Richard Baylor Rice - What a nice guy! Growing up around the corner from Semmes Ave pharmacy, I got to know Richard at an eary age. He was Gilly Ball's official timer at Semmes Ave Pharmacy (we would go there & read comic books, sitting under the counter). Through the years, we'd cross paths exchanging a cheery greeting. A nice solid citizen, a gentleman. He'll be missed by all.

I was very upset to read about Dick's passing.we were classmates at M.C.V..and have stayed in touch the last 64 years.My wife and I always looked forward to our reunions.Dick and Lynda always took care of the get together and we always appreciated the friendship.He will be missed.
