Dr. K was an absolute angel on earth to our family. He was Adam's pediatrician as a child....and then our children's pediatrician. He was with us at our happiest of times and our scariest & most stressful times as parents. There were many times when we called him at home to ask questions ....and a few times where our emergencies took him away from his family. He guided us through with an old school approach to raising children - "put some ivory soap in his mouth"..... "you're not a short order cook"...... so many words of wisdom that often go through my mind. He also sat us down as parents and made sure to tell us he was proud of us and thought we were doing a great job. That meant the world...as you know parenting doesn't come with instructions. We will miss his sweet smile, gruff voice, guidance, and the fishing trips Adam would take with him. Rest in Peace, Dr. K. You are so loved.
I am so grateful for Dr Kirchmier's care; he was my pediatrician a few decades ago and so helpful in my life's journey. I am lifting the entire family in prayers for peace and comfort. Go rest high Dr Kirchmier; your legacy resides in your beautiful family and the treatment/care of so many.

What can I say about a man who treated and nurtured all my kids, and even some grandchildren with amazing skill, compassion and humor? Dr. K was one-of-a-kind. I had the honor of knowing him and his family, and send my thoughts and prayers to all on your profound loss.
