Uncle Ray was a huge figure in my life. As a kid quite literally. As an adult I saw that his personality was much larger than his body. My dad would say “Ray is a pain in the ass.” And he was, as only someone you love deeply can be. With the passing of uncle Ray all of the male role figures in my life have gone.
