Randy was one of my closest friends (and the Friend of my brother, Paul Miller) when we were in high school at Willow Glen H.S. In San Jose.  He was funny, smart, and a wonderful person. Randy was always included in dinners, and parties at our house, as he was loved by my parents as well.  Later, when I was a lawyer - Randy was a Judge.  He was known for his fairness and his compassion.
