I had the pleasure and honor of working with Rachel at Montrose. You never wanted to disappoint her. She was a leader in her example of always giving her best. She loved those that needed it the most. I am so sorry for the loss to her family and all of us that had the opportunity to know and befriend her. There is one less angel among us. God rest her soul and peace to her loved ones.

I worked with Rachel at the Department of Taxation she was always warm,
friendly, sweet and had one of the best laughs. I considered her my work momma. I'm so saddened and shocked to hear of her passing. I pray for her family. Rest in peace, love Gloria.
