We'll miss you, Rachel and wait for the day when we see you again. Thank you for so many things you helped me to understand better through your life: like following God with all your heart and sharing Him with others, what true, inner beauty and humbleness looks like, about caring for others unselfishly, about loving others, about prayer, about trust, about being thankful even to be able to feel well enough to wash dishes and clean your house, about being real, about loving your family fiercely and so much more! You fought so well and you lived such a life. So blessed beyond words by you and I will never forget you
Michael, girls, Mike and Judy and families, Words are express our sadness for you and your family in the loss of Rachel. May all the good memories play over and over in your heart. Until you meet again, may God hold you in the palm of his hands. Joan Francisco
I didn't know Rachel well until she began her battle with cancer. Having prayed for her now so often over the past three years, I almost feel a part of the family -- as do hundreds of others who have continually brought her before the Throne of Grace. Her incredible faith, joy in spite of her illness, and love for her Lord have been, and will continue to be, an inspiration.
"Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints." Ps 116:15
I know the Lord welcomed you with a big hug and a "Well done, my good and faithful servant."
