Hello, I worked with Phil Brown from early 1956 until spring of 1972 when I transferred to Bend Oregon. A really delightful fellow to be around, He was a very meticulous PBX installer, Very neat in all his work, it always worked and was beautiful to look at. He took a little more time but always was worth it. This was all in West Oakland, Naval Supply depot, Oakland Army Terminal , and SP
He always left a job cleaner than when he started. He kept himself clean with a pair of overalls. I always enjoyed him Bill Sansom
