Norm was the most kind, generous, warm-hearted and loving gentleman I know. I will miss him.

Norm will hold a special place in my heart. I had the honor of working for him and through that association, we became good friends. There were so many loving stories he shared regarding his family and life experiences and lots of good laughs. He was such a warm, kind, and gentle man that was loved by so many people. Norm's passing is also on my calendar for me to remember forever, but I appreciate receiving this reminder. I can't believe it's been a year already.  I think about him often during the year and miss him. I wish I could see him one more time.  It was unfortunate that the last year of his life was burdened by the Covid restrictions, but at least I was able to speak with him on the phone .
