I worked with Morris at Parsons Brinckerhoff.  He was truly a mentor, guiding me through the process of becoming a project manager.  I also know that he was a very perceptive engineer, being able to understand - in 3 dimensions - how a new subway tunnel could cross an existing tunnel and interface with a proposed building with its underground parking.  I thank him for what he taught me.
