This memorial website was created in the memory of our loved one, Millie Rose Anastasia Sanford, 70, born on April 19th, 1945 and passed away on Valentines day February 14th, 2016. We will remember her forever. A red rose forever in bloom.
My sweet sister in law, I miss dearly, she always made my day when I would see her, always cheerful, sweet, happy, and funny, and I loved to see her happy joyful face when we would visit, joyful and thankful for anything and everyone who took a few minutes to say hello. I loved to hear her sing with her sister on oocasions, even if a short song, it was always gleeful and fun. Sparkie, Mark

My dearest Millie Rose...It is such a sadness to know that I will not hear your loving and sweet voice again. I have such a vivid memory of one of your teenage birthday parties. The backyard was decorated and you were so cute. That is how I will always see you, Millie. Full of life and love. I feel peace to know that you are with our loved ones...giving hugs and kisses. Love always, Cathy
Sisters, sisters
There were never such devoted sisters
Caring, sharing
Every little thing that we are wearing
All kinds of weather, we stick together
The same in the rain and sun
I love you so so so so much Sissy
I feel so lucky to have known you for over sixty years, we had so many fun times together, only you and I would appreciate the stories, so I won't bore anyone with them. All I know is I'll love you forever, as we would always say to one another.
Mill I'm crying right now, so hope to see you someday. I can't tell you how much I miss you and love you. Babs
My Auntie and Godmother... I will always be grateful for all the loving memories I have with you. Great meals, giggles, slumber parties, Auntie /cousin parties and so many movies with popcorn and licorice. I'll forever cherish the many trips we took and the loving hugs we shared. You were beautiful inside and out until your very last day... my kids love you and I will love you forever...

My Beautiful Mom - I will miss you so much. The cute & funny little things that only mothers/daughters understand. You were charming & witty. I feel your presence daily and I hear your voice often. I know you are our beautiful angel watching over us. Thank you for teaching us strong family values and a deep faith in God. Until I see you again remember I love you...forever, Laurie "Lor"
To the Family of Millie: I met Millie at San Carlos Grammar School and our friendship continued through ALL these years. She was a fun, loving friend and I will never forget her.
