My dear friend Mike, I am so grateful to have known you. I will cherish the memories of the time we spent together in the Navy reserve unit. Your genuine concern for the welfare of the brave sailors we supported was heartwarming.  Your positive outlook and sense of humor carried me through those long weekends.
