My condolences to the family; I am so sorry for your loss.  Mike is now free from pain and at peace. I will always remember and treasure the good times that we shared. He was a one of a kind, that's for sure! He often managed to add his perspective and humor to any situation, always making things more interesting and fun. Rest peacefully Mike.
