I am most thankful to have had this beautiful soul in my life. I spent plenty of summers with him and my aunt and I have never seen him be anything other than my smiling Uncle Toe Joe. I can see him right now driving his Falcon and waving at every house he went by. Love you forever Uncle! Condolences to my Aunt Dipple and my cousins. Love you all.
