Will always have some great memories of you at the old Richmond Arena!

Billy  was a great Boxer and Man. He trained many young Men like myself at the Petersburg YMCA, and not only taught us toi defend ourselves, but helped make us Men. Billy was both Respected and Loved by all the young Men he trained. I was Blessed to know and be trained by Billy, He was a great Man and a good friend to many. Bleesings always Billy!
