I am going to miss Bill dearly. Was a pleasure and honor to work and know him for over 25 years. Was my boss at the Sheriff department several times. I was extremely pleased when he got elected as Council person in Concord, had the chance to see and work with him once again. Thanks Bill and I know you are hanging out with those Poor Old Raggety Assed Cops up there! Rest in Peace my friend.

I had the pleasure of working with Bill at the Sheriff's Department for almost 20 years.  He had a very strong sense of duty and was a man of principles.  He was honest and fearless in his approach, and always spoke and acted with conviction.  Bill always had my admiration and respect.  Rest in peace.

Dad you continued to be my Hero throughout your life and in the after life. Every single description and words chosen to describe you by many others are right on. So many lives you positively affected. If others could only imagine the role you were as a Father/ Husband they just don't come any better than you. When I see you again I will rest my head on your chest where I'm secure. LoveYou

I have known Bill since high school.  He counseled my son upon his entering law enforcement and was instrumental in securing him a position with the RCPD where he has been for the past 19 years.
Bill, you will never be forgotten.
May God's peace be with your family.

Bill was a great guy and a good friend. I met Bill when he came to MDHS in 1957. I have fond memories of our high school years, winning a football championship and doing some crazy things together our senior year. I am so happy that I was able to see Bill last year at our 55th reunion. Goodbye old friend, you will live in my heart forever.
