This memorial website was created in the memory of our loved one, Wilbur Clarke, 89, born in 1929 and passed away in 2019. We will remember him forever.
In the late ‘70’s I was hired by Mr. Clarke to be his executive secretary! He was easy to work with and was a person of integrity. He loved his family and JCPaper Co! I’m sure he has a special place in heaven with his loving wife!
