I will always remember the happy times whenever we were together in Oakland and here in Dallas.  What a pleasant, gracious, giving and loving person she was. She was truly a Queen in her character and spirit. Thank you for all you meant to me and so many others.

Missing you Grandma.  Can't believe its been a year that you've been gone.  I wish that I had more time with you.  I hope you know your lessons and time shared with me were the best gifts you could have ever given me.  I hear your voice all the time reminding of how a lady should carry herself.  I pray you are proud of me. Thank you for loving me.  Rest in peace Grandmother.

October 18th and 19th are always somewhat somber dates for our family, as we lost two beloved members on successive dates in 2015. Queen Victoria and Miss Nellie will always live on in our hearts, as the brought so much joy to us and everyone around them. Fortunately, what we all have to remember of them, is the wonderful and productive lives they lived, and the example they set for us.
