Tena and Mark,it warms my heart to see these pictures of your fun-loving mom. We shared so many good times back in NJ. One picture shows one of the best times we had on our cruise. We enjoyed great times on Long Beach Island, too - sharing a rental with four or five other friends summer after summer! Other escapes were to Florida and NC. Good memories with a wonderful friend!
Wonderful photos of my wonderful aunt Ursch!
Ursula will be so missed. She was present when our eldest was born, then our twins. When she was around, she was always lending a hand with the boys. I never saw her cross, but she always had a smile on her face. What an incredible woman.
There's so much rattling around in my head and a huge hole in my heart that I'm struggling to find the "right" words. She will be missed, and there's regret (for now) for not getting as much Ursula connection as I could before she left this world. However, I feel so fortunate to have known her and was graced with her hospitality, love, laughter, and wisdom.
Ursula was in my life for over thirty years as Mark’s wife and mom to Albert and Sergei. She was always kind to me, had a way of saying what needed to be said in a kind way and helped out whenever she could. Our household misses her and we’ll keep her in our hearts. I think my kids will remember how kind she always was to them. Blessings to her in heaven!
I am sorry to hear about Ursula's passing. She was a good friend to my mom Judy Underwood for many years. My most vivid memory of Ursula is going to a Yankee's game with her and my mom in the old Yankee stadium. She was dressed very well like she was going to the Kentucky Derby including the hat. I learned new things about baseball that day such as Steve Sax had a nice butt. RIP Ursula.
I was saddened to hear about Ursula's passing. We had worked together at Raven's Crest Apartments in Plainsboro, NJ. She was a great boss and a great friend to me.
