Dearest Tess, you've left us too soon and we will miss your beautiful smile, intelligence, and positive outlook forever. You brightened our family in ways no one else can. Your absence is felt so deeply. May you rest in peace, and be an angel in heaven watching over those who love you here on earth.

Tess you are a dear friend, mentor, and role model not just for myself, but for many others. You have left a lasting impression with your grace, kindness, and wisdom. I hope to be like you when I “grow up”. Your memory will live on in our hearts.

Tess you were the sweetest, kindest person who always had a smile and a kind word.  We missed you when you moved to Seattle and were so happy to welcome you back to Portland as our neighbor.  We had a pending get together once Covid passed.  I'm so sad we'll never get to do that.  And of course the sweetest person could only have the world's sweetest dog, Ava.  We miss you both.

I went to school with Tess. She was a very unique person and very popular. Tess was, and I know anyone who knew her knows, a special person. She was extremely kind and positive.  Bright lights burn fast, and God needs angels.  I don't think of many things from those days often but when I remember that period, I remember her smile.
