This memorial website was created in the memory of our loved one, Scott Buchan, 76, born on December 21st, 1942 and passed away on January 25th, 2019. We will remember him forever.
To the family of Scott, my deepest sympathies. Scott, no matter how busy, was always willing to stop and answer my questions or help solve a contracting problem. He will always be remembered fondly. RIP Scott.
