I taught at Wendler Jr. High while Ruth was the librarian there.  She had a fabulous sense of humor and loved to watch Warren Miller ski movies.  She was always up for mischief and was typically in on any of the many pranks that I remember being pulled by the Wendler staff.  She was absolutely one of a kind and an original shenanigan enthusiast.  She was a wonderful person and friend.
