My oldest brother Dick was as honest and decent as they come.  He was my mentor and guidance counselor as I struggled through young adulthood, and freely advised me on the proper path to take. Sometimes I followed his advice. Sometimes I didnt. But he was honest and sincere in his advice for me and always had my best interest at heart. He was a pleasure to talk to and will be missed.

I'm lucky to have spent the last 10 years in close contact with my uncle Dick. I frequently visited him and Aunt Caroline at their home, often staying overnight for a day or so. Uncle Dick was always so generous and welcoming, always making me feel so comfortable. I always enjoyed spending time talking about his past and the history of the Barry family. I already miss him dearly.

My dad was a kind, loving family man. He always made me feel special. He was an affectionate, huggable, loving dad who along with my mother always supported me and my boys.
It's impossible to sum up in just a few words how much I love my dad and appreciate all the love and support he's given me. I will love and miss you forever.

My grandpa was a great man. He became my father figure when mine was unwilling. This was the greatest gift he ever gave me. Grandpa was always there for me and he made my childhood special. He was my captain, my mentor, my hero & my friend. His legacy will live through me as I strive to be the same role model for my kids. I'm beyond thankful I had him in my life, and I will miss him dearly

My Dad had a billion talents and he shared them all with me. We built a boat in the garage. We built a radio on the kitchen table. He taught me chess when I was seven and bridge when I was thirteen We used to be up all night talking about all of the books he read, the places he had been and the things that he did. Radar and computers were a big part of both our professions. So long Dad..
